The aluminum honeycomb core material can be obtained by two different preparation methods: a single-piece method and a continuous method.

 

(1) Single-piece Method:

(2) Continuous Method:

3. Coating Treatment:

The upper and lower layers of the aluminum honeycomb panel need to undergo coating treatment to have better properties such as water resistance, dust resistance, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance. Usually, fluorocarbon coating, polyester coating, PVDF coating, etc., are used for treatment.

 

4. Assembly:

Assembly is the last step in the manufacturing process of aluminum honeycomb panels, which means gluing the upper and lower aluminum plates and the aluminum honeycomb core together to form a complete structure. Special glue is usually used for bonding, and it is fixed together by hot pressing, vacuum adsorption, etc.
