Galvanized Steel Composite Panel

Description

ALUBANG galvanized steel composite panel combines two galvanized steel surface layers with a non-toxic low-density polyethylene core and comes with a protective film on both sides. Front and reverse side are coated with white or other colors.

Both sides of the panel have a flat, smooth, uniform surface. Available coatings include a digital finish to help produce vibrant, color-fast prints, and a whiteboard coating, suitable for use with dry-wipe markers. ALUBANG galvanized steel panel is available in either digital/digital or digital/whiteboard options.

Ideal for hoardings, whiteboards, printing and many other applications, the galvanized steel provides additional strength plus the versatility of a magnetically receptive surface. ALUBANG galvanized steel panels can be fabricated, are strong, self-supporting and offer outstanding reliability with the backing of a 5 years guarantee * for interior use.

(* Our 5 years guarantee covers interior use. Whilst the product is suitable for exterior use, any cut/exposed edges must be treated and protected in order to prevent oxidization when exposed to weathering.)

FAQ

What is Galvanized steel composite panel?

Answer: A galvanized steel composite panel is a type of construction material made up of two layers of steel bonded to a core material, typically made of polyethylene or fire-resistant mineral-filled core. galvanizedSteel composite panels offer high strength and durability, making them a popular choice for building facades and cladding systems.

What is composite panel?

Answer: Composite panel is a type of building material made by combining two or more materials to create a stronger and more durable product. Composite panels are commonly used in construction, transportation, and industrial applications.

What are examples of composite panels?

Answer: Examples of composite panels include aluminum composite panels (ACP), fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) panels, insulated metal panels (IMP), wood-plastic composite (WPC) panels, and steel composite panels.

Why use composite panels?

Answer: Composite panels offer several advantages over traditional building materials, including increased strength, durability, and design flexibility. They are also lightweight, easy to install, and can be customized to meet specific project requirements. Additionally, many composite panels are resistant to moisture, fire, and other environmental factors, making them ideal for use in harsh conditions.
